Terms of Service

1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Seedates ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of the Seedates website and the digital reports, analyses and other content we deliver through it (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying points or downloading a report, you accept these Terms.
2. Personalized insights for self-reflection
This platform provides digital personality assessments, psychological archetypes, and astrological analysis generated through automated data processing. All reports, insights, and content delivered by Seedates are designed exclusively for self-reflection, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only.
3. No professional advice
The information provided on this website and within our digital reports does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Our assessments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, nor should they replace the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional or certified therapist.
Never make a significant decision about your health, your finances, your safety or another person's welfare on the basis of a Seedates report.
4. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy reports.
- One person, one account. Do not share, resell or transfer your account or its reports.
- You can request deletion of your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is scheduled and completed after a short grace period; see the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Points, purchases and prices
- Reports are paid for with points. Points are a prepaid credit usable only inside the Service. They have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) on their own hosted checkout pages. We never see or store your full card details.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change. A change never affects points you have already bought.
6. Your responsibility
By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you acknowledge that you are seeking personal insights for your own personal development. You maintain full responsibility for any life choices, interpretations, or actions you take based on the information provided in your custom reports.
Seedates reports are about the data you enter. Please double-check the birth date, birth time and location you submit before generating a report — our analysis is only as accurate as the information you provide.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to harm, harass, defame or discriminate against anyone;
- analyse a person's birth data without their knowledge where doing so would be unlawful or intrusive;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or bulk-download the Service or its reports;
- attempt to bypass pricing, limits, rate limits or other technical protections;
- upload unlawful content or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its text, design, calculation engine, report templates and translations belong to Seedates and are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and keep your own reports for your own use. You may not publish them commercially, or present them as your own product, without our written permission.
9. Delivery
Reports are generated automatically and become available in your account, and are also emailed to you, as soon as they are produced. If a report fails to generate or fails to arrive, contact us — see the Refund Policy.
10. Refunds
Because our reports are generated instantly and are customized to your own birth data and answers, they are not returnable. Our limited corrections and goodwill policy, including the timeframe for raising an issue, is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may improve, change, or withdraw features. Features that depend on third-party data or services may change or be withdrawn if those providers change.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you take based on a report, or for loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date above always shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the Seedates operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first at the address below — most issues can be solved directly and quickly.
