The website and its databases are hosted on servers configured and operated for Seedates by our infrastructure provider. Enquiries about the hosting of this site can be sent to the contact address above.
3. Nature of the Service
Seedates publishes automated digital reports: personality and relationship analyses generated by algorithmic processing of the information a user enters (birth date, birth time, birth place and a small number of preference answers).
Our reports are intended exclusively for self-reflection, personal growth and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and they must not be used in place of the guidance of a qualified professional. 4. Intellectual property
The name Seedates, the logo, the site design, the calculation engine, the report templates and all site text and translations are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. Reproduction, redistribution, resale or commercial use of any part of the Service or of the reports generated by it is prohibited without prior written permission.
Quoting our public information pages in a short, attributed and non-commercial way (for example in a review or an academic reference) is allowed.
5. External links and citations
Our information and research pages cite external sources and link to third-party websites. Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or for their privacy practices. Links and citations are provided for reference and do not imply endorsement.
6. User content and accuracy
Reports are only as accurate as the information entered. Users are responsible for the correctness of the data they submit and for the way they interpret and act on a report. See Terms of Service section 6.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by external payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) on their own secure checkout pages, under their own terms and privacy policies. Seedates does not receive or store card numbers.
8. Reporting a problem
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, is inaccurate, or is unlawful, write to support@seedates.com with the page address and a description of the issue. We investigate every report and respond within 1 to 2 business days.
